A legend shows which colour each shape type should be. Children find every matching outline shape in the grid and colour it correctly.

About

A visual discrimination activity that connects shape names with colours. Shapes print as black outlines in a neat five-across grid so children can scan and colour each one.

How to Use

  1. Choose Number of rows (4–80). Each row contains five large shapes.
  2. Up to eight rows fit on each A4 page. Extra rows automatically add more pages.
  3. Click Generate New for a newly shuffled mix at the same row setting.
  4. Optional: type the child's name and the date in the sheet header.
  5. Click Print Worksheet.
  6. Ask your child to colour every circle the legend colour, every triangle its colour, and so on — working row by row.

Print tip: Each A4 page holds the colour legend and up to eight rows of five large outline shapes. Extra rows print on additional pages at the same size. Print at 100% scale.
