If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Purchases of digital products (e.g. PDF workbooks) are subject to our checkout and refund policy below. Download links are provided after payment; you are responsible for keeping your download link or accessing your purchases via “My Downloads.”
Digital PDFs are generally non-refundable. Once you have received the download link and accessed or downloaded the product, we do not offer refunds. By completing a purchase, you agree to this.
We may make exceptions only in limited cases, such as: duplicate charge (you were charged twice for the same order), technical failure (you never received a working download link despite completing payment), or where applicable law requires a refund. If you believe your case falls under one of these, contact us with your order details.
We do not refund because the customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, or has already downloaded it. This policy is standard for digital goods and is clearly stated before purchase.
Content on the site (worksheets, designs, text, logos) is owned by KidzLearning.in or its licensors. You may print and use materials for personal or classroom use as permitted; you may not claim ownership or remove copyright notices.
The site and content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is for general use; we are not liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on the materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidzLearning.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any content or purchases.
