Free printable count and colour worksheets: numbers 1 to 10

Every sheet has ten rows. Each row shows a dotted number to trace and exactly that many shapes to count and colour.

Set the highest number you want, choose whether the rows run in order or are shuffled, and generate a fresh sheet whenever you need one.

About

A counting-and-colouring sheet that keeps the number and the quantity side by side, so children can check their own answer by counting the shapes in the row.

How to Use

  1. Set the Max Value slider to the highest number you want in the rows.
  2. Leave Random order off to run 1, 2, 3… in sequence, or switch it on to shuffle.
  3. Click Randomize Rows if you want a different set of shapes.
  4. Optional: type the child's name and the date for the sheet header.
  5. Click Print Worksheet, then have your child trace each number and colour that many shapes.

Print tip: The shapes print as outlines so there is plenty of white space to colour. One sheet is always a single A4 page.
