Crack the Code turns picture symbols or number codes into secret messages. Children match codes to letters, fill large handwriting boxes, or reason through a Codebreaker Challenge.
Pick a mode, difficulty and word topic — or type your own words — then print an A4 worksheet.
Look at the picture key. Write the secret letters in the boxes.
A code-substitution puzzle for early letter recognition, visual discrimination, and logical reasoning. Picture mappings are arbitrary secret codes, not phonics lessons. Number Code always uses ordered A1Z26 (Easy direct decode, Medium arithmetic-then-decode, Hard arithmetic key discovery). Hard Codebreaker hides mappings that children recover from shared solved clues across several targets.

Print tip: Print at A4 and 100% scale. Every page includes the key needed for that sheet so children can finish independently.
